About Management Associate Program

Ninja Xpress Management Associate Program designed to provide an unparalleled opportunity for highly entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and ambitious young graduates who wanted to challenge their self by going extra miles to revolutionize the logistics industry experience in Indonesia. Giving you the flexibility for both advance your career and maintain your job commitments, this 18 month customize program focused on innovation, projects and leadership experience will lead you to the unexpected journey.

This program is designed by an adjusted and structured development track by experiencing the rotation in every function in Ninja Xpress, will assist by experience mentorship from top leaders. Each of these rotations will be the experience of real hands-on day-to-day business challenges and projects to develop your technical and general management skills in the areas of interest. Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be offered to a senior associate/manager role in Ninja Xpress.
